Oracle Support engineer - Entry Level

Key Responsibilities 

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries, providing technical support and guidance.

  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to Oracle databases, applications, and associated components.

  • Investigate, analyze, and troubleshoot reported problems, collaborating with cross-functional teams when necessary.

  • Implement effective solutions and preventive measures to address recurring issues.

  • Maintain comprehensive and accurate documentation of support cases, solutions, and troubleshooting procedures.

  • Keep customers informed about the status of their support requests and provide timely updates.

  • Collaborate with technical teams to escalate and resolve complex technical issues.

  • Work closely with clients, understanding their business needs and providing proactive recommendations.

  • Deliver training sessions to clients on Oracle products and best practices.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer/Electrical Engineering. 

  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Skills:

  • Knowledge of Oracle products, including databases, middleware, and applications.

  • Knowledge in SQL and PL/SQL.

  • Knowledge in Oracle Cloud services.
