Key Responsibilities

Respond promptly to customer inquiries, providing technical support and guidance.

Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to Oracle databases, applications, and associated components.

Investigate, analyze, and troubleshoot reported problems, collaborating with cross-functional teams when necessary.

Implement effective solutions and preventive measures to address recurring issues.

Maintain comprehensive and accurate documentation of support cases, solutions, and troubleshooting procedures.

Keep customers informed about the status of their support requests and provide timely updates.

Collaborate with technical teams to escalate and resolve complex technical issues.

Work closely with clients, understanding their business needs and providing proactive recommendations.

Deliver training sessions to clients on Oracle products and best practices.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer/Electrical Engineering.

Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
-
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Skills:
-
Knowledge of Oracle products, including databases, middleware, and applications.
-
Knowledge in SQL and PL/SQL.
-
Knowledge in Oracle Cloud services.
