System Health Checks

In order to help the clients decide on any upgrades or changes on their environment, PALCO provides a health check service at the beginning of any support contract or just as one-time service requested by the clients.

Our Health check service examines available hardware, installed software(s) and application(s) and determine if the client is achieving the best operating conditions with what’s available .

Our health checks are customized depending on customers’ needs to assess available configuration and discover/predict any performance problems, security vulnerabilities and backup and recovery issues.
